LIVE-IN Sous Chef required for a beautiful country estate Hotel, right on the River Solent and across the water from Southampton. £30K p.a. depending on experience, plus gratuities and bonus. 1 AA Rosette. You'll be working with fresh, local food and you'll have the opportunity to show your individual flair in menu design. You'll be deputising in the absence of the Head Chef, negotiating with suppliers, managing stock levels and pricing dishes to agreed GP %.
