Meet Nicole, a first-year Production Technology student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland - whose dreams to light up international music tours and create unforgettable moments for thousands.
Through our partnership with Trivandi, Nicole has received a fully funded scholarship to Trivandi Academy’s Major Events 101 course. This will enable her to combine professional training with hands-on event experience to build her confidence and skills in the industry she's passionate about.
Trivandi was formed in 2013 by the leadership team that planned, delivered and operated the 120+ venues of the London 2012 Games. Their mission was to share
their knowledge and learnings from London 2012 to help the industry to keep growing, evolving and improving, whilst protecting our beautiful planet. Now
operating in 28 countries and counting, Trivandi itself has grown and evolved by building and nurturing a world-class global team of the industry's best talent in
multiple areas of expertise.
Event People creates pathways into full-time employment for a more diverse and inclusive generation of event professionals. They provide job seekers with training, career advice and access to paid event experience whilst connecting organisers with passionate, well-trained staff.
Together, we're committed to developing the next generation of the events industry, particularly supporting people from disadvantaged communities by linking work opportunities with skills and employability programmes.
