Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that reflects the studio’s ethos of mindfulness, health, and community. This role is ideal for someone with a deep appreciation for wellness and a creative eye for storytelling. You’ll manage all online platforms to showcase classes, events, teachers, and the overall lifestyle that Home Wellness represents.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, stories, reels, blogs) that reflects the Home Wellness brand.
Collaborate with yoga instructors and wellness coaches to highlight classes, workshops, and community events.
Manage daily community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and warm manner.
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to promote memberships, offers, and new programs.
Track performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with trends in wellness, yoga, and social media to ensure content feels fresh and relevant.
Support marketing activities including email campaigns, collaborations, and local event promotions.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand (preferably in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle).
Strong visual and written communication skills with an eye for aesthetics.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
Photography and short-form video (Reels/TikTok) experience is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Genuine interest in yoga, mindfulness, or holistic wellness is a strong advantage.
