It got me thinking about how people are supported in work.

Do you provide clear instructions? Could they be open to different interpretations?

If you add diversity of thought into the mix, then a vague instruction can lead to very different outcomes.

Be clear, don't end up with no art 🎨

Interesting article by the on studies conducted into which desks people prefer the most in the office.

However, no mention in the article that the studies considered in their findings. Sensory inputs, including lighting, noise and smell can have a huge impact on well-being and productivity for many in an office.

So these studies revealed people prefer a window seat. Worth considering though, that for some being by a window could cause too much sensory input.

Best to work with people as individuals and make sure everyones needs are met.
