We are looking for Class 1 drivers on a 4-on/4-off basis. This is ongoing temporary work, with the potential to lead to a permanent position.
The role involves trunking fridge trailers to RDCs throughout Scotland and England.
Requirements
• Valid driving licence with Cat C+E entitlement (no more than 6 penalty points for insurance purposes).
• 12 months licence held, with 9 months of commercial experience.
• Digital tachograph and Drivers CPC.
• A strong understanding of current Drivers Hours and WTD legislation.
• The ability to drive in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
• A flexible attitude to work, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Drivers will be required to undertake a driving assessment which takes around 2-3 hours.
The pay is a flat rate for all days and hours - £18.45/hr.

NAS Recruitment have current vacancies for HGV 1 drivers for our client in Bathgate, with immediate starts available. These are ongoing positions and can lead to permanent employment for suitable candidates after a satisfactory probation period.
Working for a major international supermarket chain, you will be responsible for palletised and caged deliveries throughout Scotland, typically 4 or 5 drops a day. The orders are pre-prepared, however drivers will sometimes be required to load/unload their own trailer with the use of an electric pallet truck (full training is provided).
We currently have vacancies for dayshift (04:00 start) working on a 5 on / 3 off rota.
The rate of pay for this role is £17.30 per hour.
Suitable candidates should have:

NAS Recruitment Services Ltd (Scotland) are currently recruiting HGV Drivers for our customer in Livingston, West Lothian.
Various shift patterns are available. Part time is also available, if you are only looking for a couple of days.
Drivers will complete training and induction with the site, a drug and alcohol test and driving assessment will also be required.
You will be delivering cages and pallets to stores throughout Scotland, this will be in refrigerated vehicles.
Start times will generally be between 04.00 - 07.00 and shifts are usually between 10-12 hours per day.
Suitable candidates should have:
• A full UK driving licence with Cat C+E or Cat C entitlement, digital tachograph and drivers CPC
• Held HGV for at least 6 months
• A maximum of 6 penalty points, with no major endorsements (for insurance purposes)
• Good communication skills for dealing with management and customers
Rates of pay vary depending on rota.
Class 1 standard rates are from £16.71 to £17.55 per hour (overtime £22.22 to £23.34).
Class 2 standard rates are from £15.93 to £17.55 per hour (overtime £21.19 to £23.34).

NAS Recruitment Services (Scotland) Ltd working in partnership with ASDA, are actively looking for HGV Class 1 Store Delivery drivers based in both Grangemouth and Falkirk.
Class 1 drivers are required for supermarket deliveries and trunking. Immediate starts available, this is a 7 day operation with various start times available for day, back and night shifts.
Drivers will need to attend and pass a driving assessment, this will be paid after 5 shifts worked.
Pay rates - depending on length of service:
Week 1 to 12 = £16.00 - £19.00 (OT £22.92 - £25.92);
Week 13 to 26 = £16.85 - £21.47 (OT £23.77 - £28.39);
Week 27 onwards = £17.85 - £22.47 (OT £24.77 to £29.39).
Breaks are paid, and further enhanced rates are available on bank holidays.
Suitable candidates MUST have:
• Good communication skills.
• Strong understanding of current drivers hours and WTD regulations.
