Are you including EVERYTHING on your CV?.....
...and by everything I mean, every last bit of experience, all your qualifications, and in-house training courses by the bucket full?
If you are, this is where you are going wrong.
Including EVERYTHING & the kitchen sink on your CV will make it harder for the employer to see how you'll add value within their organisation.
They will have to spend more time looking for the items they require.
But, they won't do this, they simply haven't got time.
Your CV will end up on the NO pile in less than 20 seconds flat.
It's your job to tailor your CV and ensure that you are including the relevant information only.
By relevant I mean, the skills and experience that are relevant to the role that you are applying for.
Trust me - less is more, providing it's tailored properly.
