Today, our amazing Care Professionals were invited to the office for a Hawaiian BBQ, hosted by our very own top chef, Dave Bellis of Radfield Home Care! 🌺🍔🌭

It was fantastic to see such a great turnout from our team as we celebrated Carers Week ( 8th - 14th June) and took the opportunity to thank every one of our Care Professionals for the incredible work they do each day. Your dedication, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile for our clients truly makes a difference. We also want to thank the entire Radfield team for their ongoing support behind the scenes.

We were delighted to hear from some of our wonderful Care Professionals. Karl, who has been with Radfield for nearly a year, previously worked in the corporate business sector while living in Hong Kong. Karl is thoroughly enjoying his caring role and looks forward to many more years as part of the Radfield family.

Another valued team member, David, who is a passionate carer at Radfield shared:
"I see myself as a carer here at Radfield until I retire. It's a great company to work for, with amazing support from the girls in the office."

🌟Radfield Home Care Brings Community Together at Social & Wellbeing Breakfast Club in Ormskirk, Lancashire🌟

The latest Radfield Home Care Social & Wellbeing Breakfast Club was filled with warmth, laughter, and friendship as members of the local community gathered at Toby Carvery, Ormskirk, for a morning of social connection and support.

Guests enjoyed engaging conversations, plenty of laughter, and the opportunity to reconnect with friends while meeting new people in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The event highlighted the importance of social interaction in promoting wellbeing, reducing loneliness, and helping people remain active and connected within their local community.

Radfield Home Care is committed to helping people live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. In addition to delivering high-quality home care services, the organisation provides a wide range of social opportunities designed to support wellbeing and community engagement.

The Social & Wellbeing Breakfast Club takes place on the first Friday of every month and is completely FREE to attend.

Guests receive a complimentary breakfast along with unlimited tea and coffee, generously provided through the support of Radfield Home Care and the outstanding hospitality team at Toby Carvery, Ormskirk.

The next Social & Wellbeing Breakfast Club will be held on Friday 3 July from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Community members are encouraged to bring a friend, neighbour, family member, or anyone who would enjoy a friendly and welcoming morning out. Everyone is welcome.

Lesley Malone, Community Engagement Lead at Radfield Home Care, said:
"Our Breakfast Club is about much more than sharing a meal together. It creates opportunities for people to connect, build friendships, and feel part of their local community. We are passionate about helping people stay socially connected, active, and independent, and it is wonderful to see so many people enjoying these mornings together."
