Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage industrial cleaning projects throughout the UK.
Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Lead, support, and motivate a team of industrial cleaners.
Provide guidance on the safe operation of equipment, particularly water jetting.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and project requirements, especially for projects requiring overnight stays.
Work with project managers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Travel to various sites across the UK as required; overnight stays and working away from home may be necessary.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in industrial cleaning, ideally within heavy industry or similar sectors.
Previous supervisory experience is essential. You must be able to provide proof of supervisory duties from previous employment.
Valid Water Jetting Certificate is required.
Confined Spaces training and certification required.
CSCS Card or relevant safety passport is mandatory.
Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record (company van will be provided).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Flexible and willing to travel for project work, including overnight stays.
