Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
Our Recruitment Consultants are responsible for a variety of duties within the business, being client and candidate facing allows you to build long-lasting relationships and understand the healthcare sector. You will be working as part of an office team to provide the best candidates to our clients on a daily basis.
The main duties of the Recruitment Consultant role include:
Interviewing candidates
Building lasting relationships with candidates
Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
Client visits with existing clients
Striving to achieve revenue whilst adhering to the necessary quality assurance standards
Participation in the on call rota
To supply support staff on a temporary basis to our clients in the private sector.
To develop and grow a desk making continuous placements of your candidates both temporary and permanent.
To network with clients and candidates within the Healthcare market to increase business
Make calls and client visits to acquire new business and maintain existing business from Care homes and Hospitals.
Deliver terms of business and margin rates through effective negotiation and in line with approved gross margin percentages.
Provide candidates and clients with information, advice, and support.
Match candidates and client needs to achieve successful placements and ensure all parties are kept informed of progress.
Monitor candidates once the placement has commenced and collect feedback from clients on performance.
Ensure vacancies are advertised in line with company policy and are advised to all suitable candidates.
Ensure compliance with legislation in respect of confidentiality and record keeping.
Contribute positively to team performance goals and maintain personal statistics for review.
For this role you must be:
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to act on your initiative.
Have recruitment experience in health care recruitment supplying to Private sector.
Be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Full UK driving license
A friendly and warming personality
Experience within a similar recruitment role
Strong sales skills
Be able to work towards targets and set KPIs.
