What is a kickstart scheme?

The Kickstart Scheme is a programme launched by the government to deliver funding for employers. The programme is in place to help young people find the perfect job for them, from ages 16-24. At Liiift, we place people in 6-month government funded placements which have been created as a result of the pandemic. This is a new and exciting opportunity that is not usually available. Now is the time to go into a field that you may have thought was off limits to someone with your experience and qualifications, this is an opportunity to reinvent yourself. Now or never approach.
