Big day today as we welcome our new Managing Director, Paul, to Bliss Recruitment! 🎉

Wishing you all the luck in the world, Paul, as you begin this exciting new chapter. I know you’re going to do an incredible job.

This is a huge moment for me too. After six years of pouring my heart into building Bliss Recruitment from the ground up, working every hour imaginable, it’s time for me to hand over the reins.

Anyone who knows me knows just how much I’ve loved building this company from scratch. I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved and can’t wait to watch Bliss continue to grow and develop under Paul’s leadership. It’s such a fantastic opportunity for both Paul and the team over the next few years. 🙌

Now it’s time for some very well-earned rest, making memories with my amazing husband, and enjoying all the things we love. ❤️

End of an Era ❤️

After 6 incredible years, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from Bliss Recruitment.

Without a doubt, it’s one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. What a six years it’s been. We’ve shared some of the best days of my life, along with some of the toughest, but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Recruitment will always be my first baby. I’m so proud of what we’ve built together, growing this branch from one client to supporting some of the biggest clients across the country. Watching it grow has truly been a dream come true.

While I’ll always be in the background to offer support, I’ll no longer be managing the day-to-day operations or involved in the decision-making of the business.

That brings me to introducing our new Managing Director, Paul. Paul brings a wealth of experience, and I have every confidence that he will lead the business to even greater success. I know we’ll be celebrating lots of exciting achievements in the months ahead.

Wishing you the very best of luck, Paul. We’re all looking forward to welcoming you to the madhouse on 3rd August! 🎉

To all of our clients, past and present, thank you for your continued trust and support over the years. It has meant more than you’ll ever know. Paul will be introducing himself to you all in the coming weeks, and I can assure you that you’re in very safe hands.

As for me… it’s exciting, a little scary, and the start of a brand-new chapter.

Now the big question is… what am I going to do with all this free time? 😅

We are looking for Children’s Residential Support Workers in the following areas:

📍 Liverpool – L4 / L9 / L10
📍 Mold – CH7
📍 Wrexham – LL11

We are seeking experienced bank staff to join our teams and provide support across our 5 homes.

This is a very exciting time to become part of the Bliss family. All of our homes are rated Good by Ofsted following their latest inspections, and with our new Wrexham home opening next month, now is the perfect time to join us.

Pay rates: £13.25 – £15.60 per hour
Plus holiday pay
✅ All staff are paid PAYE – no unexpected tax bills after 12 months
