The Macallan have partnered with The K Club Ireland to host an exquisite tasting dinner curated by Executive Chef Gary O'Hanlon.

A not-to-be-missed dining experience in celebration of 200 years of The Macallan. The extraordinary evening will commence with a refined welcome drinks reception at 7pm, on Thursday, 17th Oct.

A whisky-infused culinary journey will follow, featuring five courses, all meticulously inspired by the story of union, patience, and nature reflected in The Macallan Double Cask.

This bespoke dining experience, carefully crafted by The K Club's Executive Chef is a culinary exploration of excellence. Thoughtfully paired with The Macallan Double 12 whisky cocktails to pay homage to The Macallan's past, present, and future.

We are seeking a Plant Quality and Food Technician for our Knockmore Hill production facility in Lisburn.

Key Responsibilities include:
🔬 Timely completion of laboratory checks ensuring compliance to the Quality Plan and to our standards.
👨‍🔬 Set Up and participate in sensory panels as per quality plan.
👩‍🔬 Effectively manage non-conforming product – including detention, root cause analysis, corrective action planning and timely release, with effective communication to Production & Quality/Food Safety Leads.
