Job description

This is a Full Time Temporary position with the opportunity of a Permanent role after 12 weeks.

Corporate Fundraiser required for approximately 3 months for leading charity based in Belfast.

🟣 Role 🟣
The key purpose of this role is to cultivate, develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate and commercial donors. The post holder will be responsible for maximising income from fundraising and engaging the business community

🟣Essential Criteria🟣
🟣A minimum of 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) plus at least 3 years’ experience in fundraising, income generation or corporate sales and account management.
OR

🟣3rd Level qualification (i.e. Degree in relevant discipline) plus at least two years’ experience working in fundraising, income generation or corporate sales and account management.


🟣At least 1 years’ experience of successfully building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
Proficient in the use of IT to include MS Office packages, CRM systems and relevant social media platforms.
Full driving licence or access to transport to meet the requirements of the role.
Being flexible to work unsocial hours as required, attending evening and weekend events if needed throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.


Experience should include:
🟣A proven track record in customer relationship management, business development and achieving and exceeding individual financial performance targets.
🟣Developing and implementing a corporate/client prospecting process.
Recording and converting donation pledges to income/converting quotations to orders.
🟣Managing a variety of corporate relationships to create income and support.
🟣Writing proposals and delivering pitches that have resulted in winning new income as well as retaining and growing existing income.
🟣Forecasting future income based on agreed activity levels, current prospects and a thorough understanding of probability of success to qualify predictions.
🟣Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project proposals.
🟣Public speaking and delivering presentations.
🟣Managing multiple projects, prioritising, using own initiative and working to deadlines.

🟣Salary £23,695 - £28,846 per annum

Temp - Perm Customer Service Executive required for one of NI largest employers based in Newtownabbey



Duties will include:
🟣Main point of contact for approx. 10 -20 Customers locally and international based;
🟣Building strong, credible relationships with Customers, ensuring total Customer satisfaction.
🟣Order entry, involving accuracy and attention to detail.
🟣Having an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each customer account, with a comprehensive understanding of each customer pricelist and any specific requirements relevant to each account;
🟣Working closely with customers with regards to orders and providing accurate lead times and delivery schedules and following up invoices on a daily basis;
🟣Working closely with the planning and logistics teams to ensure all customers orders are promptly placed, planned and shipped according to requested dates and providing or assisting in providing resolutions should problems occur from order placement to shipment;
🟣Working closely with Logistics and loading team to maximise daily loading capacity and actively chasing Customers to clear their stock;
🟣Advising Customers on a daily/weekly basis on the progress of their orders and actively working with production to ensure all Customer orders are produced;
🟣Ensure all quality issues raised by the Customer are followed through, and were appropriate raise and follow through credit notes for payment;
🟣Prompt handling of all sample requests as required;
🟣Ensuring relevant Sales person is kept informed of any issues relating to their particular customers;
🟣Ensuring international based sales team are kept informed of all updated price lists;
🟣Providing all necessary Sales information for Customer visits i.e. turnover, historical sales prices, o/s orders.

Essential Criteria

🟣Proven experience in a key customer account management role
🟣Experience of shipping goods either locally or internationally experience
🟣Degree in a business related subject or a min of 3 years relevant experience through business.
🟣Has a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
🟣Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
🟣Highly motivated and results
🟣Focused on accuracy and attention to detail.
🟣Ability to work individually or as part of a team
🟣Excellent organisational skills
🟣Good problem solving skills
🟣Experience of Microsoft office, word excel.

Hours of work:

🟣8.30 am - 5.15 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4:00 pm Friday


🟣Salary £9.60 - £10.50 per hr

Operations Helpdesk Coordinator required for Antrim.

Duties will include:
🟣Manage client queries/complaints to include liaising with managers whilst ensuring resolution
🟣Dealing with employee absence reporting and requesting
🟣Scheduling of all employees and portfolios to ensure 100% delivery of contractual and temporary hours
🟣Updating and maintaining employee database to include new starts, leavers and absence.
🟣Resolving unplanned absences at short notice to ensure cover is provided
🟣Manage holiday cover for all pre-booked employee absences
🟣Issue all mobile operatives with work planned tasks 1 week in advance
🟣Analyse absence trends and advise managers
🟣Develop and build credible client relationships, ensuring professional management and delivery of services to clients.
🟣Compile timely and accurate reports

Essential Criteria:
🟣Previous supervisory experience ideally within the services industry
🟣Ability to use own initiative, problem solve Experience of working to strict operational regulations.
🟣Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet all deadlines
🟣IT literate – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
🟣Highly developed written and verbal communication skills,
🟣Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high degree of flexibility and willing to work occasional unsociable hours in line with site/business needs

Hours of work:
30-40 hrs per week (5 days) Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm
