✅The store delivers a unique customer experience and is not a target-driven or hard-selling role – the focus is on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional, personalised service.

✅You will play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the wider team in the day-to-day running of the store.

✅Key Responsibilities
• Delivering outstanding, relationship-led customer service
• Assisting customers with luxury products including jewelry and watches
• Supporting stock control and product setup (in-store and online)
