Our team is gearing up for an incredible challenge this September as 19 Red Rock colleagues take on Ben Nevis to raise funds for Buddies Dementia Café.

We're delighted to share that we've already raised over £400 towards our £4,000 target… with plenty of time still to go! 👏

Alongside fundraising, training is now well underway. From scenic countryside walks in Kent to long hikes and weekend walks across the UK, our team is putting in the miles ahead of the big climb. 💪

Dani recently completed one of the first training walks and shared:

"For some of you, this may seem like an easy-peasy thing to do, but for me it actually takes quite a bit of effort, as I'm genuinely not a gym person. Because of that, this has already become not only a charity event, but also a really positive personal journey for me." ❤️

Her words perfectly capture what this challenge is all about. Pushing ourselves, supporting one another, and raising vital funds for an amazing cause.

FEATURE FRIDAY✨

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Liga Gegere from our Lincoln branch!👏

Liga has been working in recruitment for the past 7 years. While recruitment can be challenging at times, it’s also a career she’s truly passionate about. Her positivity and commitment make her a valued part of the Red Rock Partnership team.❤️

Originally from Latvia, Liga moved to the UK in 2007 and has now spent half of her life here. Outside of work, family means everything to her. She’s the proud mum of her wonderful 18-year-old son, Daniel, who she says she couldn’t imagine life without. She’s also got a much-loved cat called Jerry, who definitely keeps her company at home!🐾

When the weather is good, you’ll most likely find Liga outdoors making the most of it. From bike rides and hiking to running and relaxing in the garden, she loves staying active and enjoying nature during the summer months.☀️🚴‍♀️

She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family whenever she can. It’s something that’s incredibly important to her.

And of course, no Feature Friday would be complete without mentioning her favourite coffee order… a White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks, which she says she wouldn’t change for anything!☕

The Pay & Shifts:

- Mornings & Afternoons (Mon-Fri): £12.71/hr
- Nights (Sun-Thu): £13.21/hr

The Role: You will be operating machinery, feeding materials, conducting quality checks, and packing finished goods. Full training is provided, though previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

A new chapter officially begins today❤️

As of 1st June 2026, Red Rock Partnership has officially transitioned to employee ownership through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

This means the future of our business is now shared by the people who help drive it forward every single day.

From our branches and onsite teams to our support functions behind the scenes, this transition recognises the hard work, passion and commitment of the people who make Red Rock Partnership what it is.

Today’s signing marks more than a legal milestone. It represents the continuation of a culture built around teamwork, opportunity and shared success.

We’d like to thank Craig Buckingham for his leadership, vision and the foundations he has built over the years, as well as Matthew Pearl and the Senior Management Team who will lead the business into this exciting next phase.

FEATURE FRIDAY✨

This week, we’re putting the spotlight on our Finance Director, Lily Gregory!👏

Lily has been part of the Red Rock Partnership Ltd journey since March 2022, and her progression through the business has been nothing short of inspiring. Starting out as a Payroll Processor, she quickly moved into a payroll and finance hybrid role before progressing into finance full-time as a Trainee Management Accountant. After being promoted to Management Accountant in July 2023, Lily’s hard work and ambition led her to becoming Finance Director in February 2026.❤️

Her accountancy journey actually started unexpectedly! After needing last-minute work experience during her A Levels, Lily’s dad arranged a placement through a family friend… and after just one week, she was offered a job. Instead of returning to sixth form, she began her accountancy apprenticeship journey… and the rest is history!

Since then, Lily has completed her AAT Level 2, 3 and 4 qualifications, officially becoming an AAT Full Member in July 2025. She’s now continuing to push herself even further after beginning her CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) qualifications in 2026📚

Outside of work, Lily is incredibly disciplined and driven, training at the gym five times a week with a love for weight-based training. She’s also passionate about dance and has been dancing since the age of 3!

Fun fact; she originally dreamed of becoming a professional ballet dancer before an ankle injury at 14 changed her path.

Having grown up in Mallorca before moving back to the UK at the age of 7, Lily was once fluent in Catalan and still has a love for travel and culture today. Italy is one of her favourite places in the world, and she’s especially excited for her upcoming trip to the Amalfi Coast this summer! ✈️

She’s a big believer in balance too. While she tries to eat healthy 80% of the time, she’ll never say no to a good pizza🍕

And finally, we couldn’t leave out one of Lily’s biggest obsessions… sausage dogs!🐾

Her dachshund Barney is definitely one of the most loved members of the extended Red Rock Partnership family. We’re incredibly proud to have you as part of the team, Lily!❤️

FEATURE FRIDAY✨

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Joana Teixeira!👏

Jo has been part of the Red Rock Partnership Ltd family for over 3 years, originally joining us as a Recruitment Consultant before progressing into her current role as Assistant Branch Manager. Her passion, drive and people-first approach have made her an invaluable part of the team ever since.❤️

Originally from Portugal, Jo moved to the UK at a young age and has brought her vibrant personality and positive energy with her every step of the way.

Outside of work, she’s a self-confessed Pilates princess, foodie and shopping enthusiast… with Italian and Mexican cuisine sitting firmly at the top of her favourites list! 🍝🌮

She’s also a dedicated iced coffee lover, and if you ever need to win her over, her go-to order is a blonde roast skinny white mocha from Starbucks. ☕

When she’s not in the branch, Jo loves spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and exploring new places. Tuscany remains one of her favourite destinations so far! ✈️

And of course, we couldn’t finish without mentioning one of the biggest loves of her life… Max, her adorable German Shepherd, who definitely keeps her busy outside of work! 🐾

This wasn't just a one-off workshop. Our team has been dedicated to this program all year long, consistently putting in the work to sharpen their skills, expand their leadership capabilities, and unlock their full potential.
