This week, we're shining the spotlight on Charlotte Marriott! 👏❤️

Charlotte has been part of the Red Rock Partnership family for over two and a half years and is our Media & Marketing Officer, helping bring the Red Rock Partnership brand to life through creative campaigns, engaging content and all things marketing.

After graduating in 2023 with a BA (Hons) in Journalism, Charlotte turned her love of storytelling into a career in marketing. Before joining Red Rock Partnership, she gained experience in football media and journalism, developing the communication, creativity and storytelling skills she uses every day.

But her love of media started long before university. As a child, Charlotte would put on her own little “news shows” for her grandparents. So perhaps a career in media was always on the cards! 🎥

Outside of work, Charlotte is happiest when she has a trip to look forward to. Paris, the South of France and Italy are among her favourite places, with Sardinia holding a particularly special place in her heart. 🇫🇷🇮🇹

Her travel wish list is always growing, with dream adventures including going on safari in Africa and one day taking a sailing trip around the Greek Islands. ✈️🌍⛵

She's a big fan of Tennis, F1, scenic walks, Mediterranean food, seafood and, especially, Spanish tapas. She's also never far from a good book, with romance novels and classic literature among her favourites. 📚

And when it comes to shopping, there's one thing that's almost guaranteed to make its way into her basket... M&S picky bits. 🛍️

Animals have always been a huge part of Charlotte's life. Having grown up around Border Collies, it was only natural that she would continue the tradition! Her two-year-old Border Collie, Millie, was a childhood dream come true and is a very special part of the family. 🐾

She's also a big cat person, with Luna proudly holding the title of resident feline icon. 🐈‍⬛

And finally, her drink of choice? An iced latte. ☕ Although, when the occasion calls for it, she would never say no to an Aperol Spritz… with lemonade, not soda water! 🍹

On Thursday, our Business Development Director, Mark Taylor, attended the Modern Slavery Intelligence Network’s 4th Conference, joining industry professionals to discuss how businesses can work together to identify and prevent exploitation.

A key message from the day was clear: policies, audits and procedures alone are not enough. Real progress comes from collaboration, shared intelligence and a genuine commitment to protecting workers.

💡 Key takeaways included:

Collaboration is essential: Sharing intelligence and connecting the dots between seemingly small warning signs can help uncover wider patterns of exploitation.

Listening to workers matters: Building trust and creating safe ways for people to speak up are crucial to identifying concerns and driving meaningful change.

Recruitment fraud is evolving: Increasingly sophisticated scams and fraudulent job offers can put vulnerable workers at risk of debt and exploitation.

Transparency must lead to action: Identifying exploitation is only the first step. Businesses must be prepared to investigate concerns, protect workers and deliver meaningful solutions.

As Mark reflected, tackling modern slavery is a collective responsibility. By sharing expertise, working together and refusing to look the other way, we can help create safer and fairer workplaces.

This week, we're shining the spotlight on Patrycja Olszewska! 👏❤️

Patrycja is our Contract Manager in Luton and has been part of the Red Rock Partnership family since November 2022. She originally joined us as a part-time Contract Support while studying, before moving into a full-time role around 18 months later. Since then, she's continued to grow within the business, progressing into her current role as Contract Manager in November 2025. ❤️

One of the things Patrycja enjoys most about working in recruitment is the opportunity to support people and help them grow. She loves encouraging people to take on new opportunities and suggesting training that can help them progress into different roles. For her, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is watching someone grow in confidence and seeing just how much they can achieve. 👏

Originally from a small town in Poland, Patrycja still has lots of family and close friends there. She also loves travelling and exploring new places, with London being one of her favourite destinations. She particularly loves the energy and atmosphere of the city, with Tower Bridge being a standout favourite. 🇵🇱🇬🇧✨

Outside of work, Patrycja enjoys cooking and trying different restaurants. She's even been known to challenge herself to recreate dishes at home purely from their taste and memory. Sometimes she gets it spot on... and sometimes the results are a little less successful! 😂🍝

She also enjoys reading psychology books and spending quality time with her closest friends and family.

Patrycja is a huge dog lover 🐶❤️. Although she doesn't have a dog of her own just yet, it's definitely something she'd love to have in the future.
And finally, there are two things Patrycja simply cannot tolerate... overcooked pasta and pepperoni! 😂🍝🍕

• 6am–2pm
• 2pm–10pm

🔄 Weekly shift rotation

You’ll play a key role in leading the production team, coordinating daily operations, driving performance and KPIs, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with tools
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
