I have a fantastic new opportunity working for a very high profile organisation in Woodhall Spa.

This is an ideal role for someone who has an interest in Human Resources and would either like to start or pursue a career in that area. You will ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified or be prepared to undertake the qualification. You would also be required to keep up a CIPD membership, the cost of which is an allowable expense. Please don't be put off applying if you have an alternative relevant qualification or have worked in HR but not had the chance to qualify yet.

You will be supporting your HR colleagues with various duties including but not limited to, posting advertisements, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates, working with other departments to produce induction plans and assisting with inductions. You will also be responsible for a whole range of correspondence both internally and externally and organising and maintaining training records, organising meetings and collating and liaison with regard to a widely circulated employee newsletter.

No two days will be the same in this role for sure and you will gain a huge amount of experience. Your starting salary is likely to be in the range of £21,000 to £23,000 per annum.

A great opportunity is available for a full time job as a shot blaster based for my client in Lincoln.

This is a day shift position. This role will be to provide superior standards of shot blasting in a well established manufactured Engineering Company.

Hourly Rate is £11.00 per hour

Hours 7.30-3.00 Monday to Friday - with some flexibility for overtime

Other responsibilities will include;
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Achieving the tasks and targets set within the agreed time
• Communicating effectively with the team
• Follow strict health and safety rules and regulations
• Prepare products for treatment
• Ensure equipment is maintained efficiently and effectively

The Candidate

You will be an experienced shot blaster, able to work to the required standards, at the same time producing high quality products within a timely manner.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following.

• Experience working within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• The ability to produce work of high quality.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible approach towards working hours.
• Competent user of various hand tools.
• Having a Fork Lift Truck license is essential, overhead crane training is desirable but not essential.
• Full driving license with a minimum of three points
• Able to work additional hours as and when projects require

The role will require quite a high level of fitness, it is open to both male and female, the position is temporary until Christmas, Monday and Tuesday 10am – , 2pm, £9.50 per hour, immediate start, my client is on a regular bus route, all PPE will be supplied, you will need your own safety footwear
