You will be trained up in the finer arts of working with clients in a professional way, understand accountancy and finance, and set on track to gain a qualification. Initially AAT.
Although you don't have to study if that's not your thing.
You will learn all about working with SMEs, dealing with incomplete records, processing payroll, prepping management accounts, stat accounts and even Corporate Tax returns.
There will be a good bit of admin, as there always is in an accounts role, so your attention to detail must be superb.
This a relaxed firm in comparison to most.
