A successful manufacturer is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join its growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with CNC lathe programming, setting and operating experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable employer.

Responsibilities.
✅ Program, set and operate CNC lathes.
✅ Carry out job changeovers and tooling changes.
✅ Support machine breakdown resolution.
✅ Complete first-off inspections and hourly quality checks.
✅ Produce samples for new product development.
✅ Book work onto the MRP system.
✅ Monitor tooling requirements and stock levels.
✅ Support and assist other operators within the department.
✅ Help train new members of the team.
✅ Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area.

Requirements.
✅ CNC programming, setting and operating experience.
✅ Knowledge of Haas or Dugard VMC machines desirable.
✅ Engineering qualifications preferred.
✅ Ability to read technical drawings.
✅ Experience using engineering measuring equipment.
✅ Knowledge of abrasive wheel regulations.
