WHAT APRIL 2025 CHANGES LOOK LIKE FOR ALL OPERATING BUSINESSES ‼️

As we all know it, the UK is becoming a tough place to live let alone survive as a business, even by the Bank of England’s estimates that we are already in a technical recession.

So what can we do?

👏🏼Prepare - Ensure that you are at optimum staffing but not overstaffed - both can have a detrimental effect.

👏🏼 Change - Unfortunately we are being forced to change which may mean price increases or introducing new ways to gain & retain customers through higher quality service, products or experience. Change may also incline you to look at external options such as staffing to help maintain your costings but also for tax efficient purposes.

👏🏼 Adapt - We may be used to the ways we have worked but post covid for most businesses was a unpredictable business forecast with many people spending quickly and having a sense of freedom now most are looking at options to save and keep their heads above the water financially in any aspect. Adapting your business module is a major requirement now to maintain profitability, especially with staff being one of the biggest overheads, agencies can take that workload away while you can focus on other areas of focus day to day.
