Massive congratulations to our 7 newly accredited Pursers! 🥂✨

These students are officially the first ever to train in our brand-new residential purser accommodation.

We welcomed them to our new home for two immersive weeks as they tackled rigorous training, with lessons running Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm CET, alongside eLearning and evening homework assessments.

The residential program is intensive, but the in-person format creates a uniquely collaborative space for networking, communication, and real camaraderie.

By choosing the residential route over online, our students gained 24/7 access to trainer Julia, and the benefits of the environment when it comes to collaboration, and building long-term connections with peers.

Please join us in congratulating these dedicated individuals on their hard work and determination throughout the program 👏

✈️ We just wrapped up our latest company gathering in Mallorca, and our camera rolls are officially overflowing with some amazing memories.

These weekends are a chance to meet faces we’ve only ever known through a screen. This time we finally got to meet our new LMS Support, Niccy, and our Marketing & Recruitment Specialist, Denise.

Beyond introductions, we wasted no time diving straight into the fun and making the most of our time together. Swipe for a chance to see what we got up to 👉

🎾 We all stepped onto the court thinking we’d be terrible, but we ended up absolutely loving it. The competition was fierce, the laughs were loud, and Padel is now officially a mandatory event for all future retreats!

🍇 A breathtaking tour around vineyard ION. A little rain just added to the stunning scenery as we all gathered around one massive table, spending the afternoon bonding over incredible w**e and food pairings, and sharing a whole lot of laughs.

🍽️ And of course, the lovely dinners we shared around the stunning town of Andratx.

Gatherings like this are a great reminder of why we work so well as a team. They give everyone the chance to build new bonds and connections outside their direct departments.

A massive thank you to everyone who makes this team so incredible to be a part of. Here’s to carrying this amazing energy back into our everyday work! 💙
