We are recruiting for ON GOING, through the agency, Warehouse Operatives for busy, market leading Leighton Buzzard manufacturer.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and extremely reliable warehouse staff to join our existing teams.
Previous experience is preferred, however it isn’t necessary and a full induction will be carried out beforehand.
You will be working for a Dynamic, Forward Thinking Organization with 2 Queen’s Awards for Industry
WEEKLY PAY AND IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE
Responsibilities include:
-Prepare machines ready for production
-Storing materials, picking, packing and assembling products
-Keep a clean and safe working environment
-Report any discrepancies
-Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
-Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures
Requirements:
-Good organisational and time management skills
-Ability to work within a fast paced environment
Hours are – Monday to Friday, 3pm -12am
Salary: £11.05 per hour

Recruiting for a Seamstress!
Immediate start!

Seamstress needed to manufacture sewn goods to orders, using drawings and specifications supplies

Duties:

Reading and understanding technical drawings
Creating suitable and accurate patterns to produce goods to technical drawings
Cutting materials to patterns and measurements
Sewing to produce goods within tolerance to technical drawings
Inspecting goods against drawings and validating quality requirements
Correct use of POPs and the E-Ticket system
To keep the working area / stores free of hazards as per the company’s health and safety policy (as per the handbook and policy statement), reporting any potential dangers to the Operations Manager as soon as they arise
To undertake any other duties, from time to time, as can be reasonably requested by the company
Following rules, policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook and quality management system
Be prepared to undertake any internal / external training as required
Operating cutting and assembly machines that facilitate producing sewn goods
Skills Required:

Demonstrated ability to create patterns for sew items
Demonstrated ability to sew to patterns created
Being punctual
Being reliable and trustworthy
Good understanding of technical drawings
Solid understanding of Mathematics and English
Having good concentration
Having interpersonal abilities
Being able to work under pressure
Being able to meet deadlines
Having good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
