We require a person for this Friday for a waiting shift from 6.30am - 10.30am ⏳.
Due to the location, own transport would be required for the venue.
Candidates should ideally have previous waiting experience, and this could lead to further bookings for functions and events. ✅

‼️ New Vacancy - Sales/Order Processing Administrator - Permanent Vacancy ‼️

We are currently recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator to join a company in Leighton Buzzard, the working hours are 09:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please see below the duties the role would include:

1. Sales order processing
2. Building rapport with customers
3. Liaising with internal departments on stock availability and accounts
4. Keeping customers happy and informed at all times by providing order confirmation etc.
5. Handling key accounts.
6. Management of business enquires and taking inbound calls.
7. General admin duties.

Required skills:

1. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
2. Must be well organised and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Strong English skills as correspondence via email is essential send e-mails.
4. Customer service driven.
5. Previous experience in sales admin and customer service.
6. Have a positive outlook with a strong attention to detail

We are currently looking for candidates that are available for an immediate start that have previous experience within a production workshop/warehouse and currently hold a valid forklift, reach and counterbalance license.

This will be based with one of our well established clients who are currently needing an extra hand over a busy period. They may consider a permanent position.
