Business Development Executive (Commission Only)
YG Recruitment Services is selectively onboarding a small number of Business Development Executives to support our expansion.
We specialise in supplying reliable warehouse staff and security personnel to businesses across the UK, focusing on fast turnaround and long-term client partnerships.
This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate business and operate independently.
Commission:
10–15% on all deals closed
Uncapped earnings
Role Overview:
Proactively identify and contact potential clients
Conduct cold outreach via phone
Present and position our recruitment services
Convert opportunities into long-term clients
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales preferred
Confident and professional on the phone
Comfortable with consistent outbound activity
Self-directed, disciplined, and results-focused
Able to handle rejection and maintain performance
