If anyone gets a friend request allegedly from Steph Chapman please report it if not got any info in it. It has been reported 3 times to my knowledge but apparently fails to breach community standards this allows criminals to target loved ones but hey go that fine according to Facebook community standards. The safe playground for scammers to thrive and cause pain to the millions who want a safe social medium. Try employing people rather than algorithms that are total failures.

As of Last Friday, we have been informed by the CQC that we have a new Registered Manager in place.

Last week we welcomed in the Care Quality Commission for our latest inspection and to see how we have worked since they were previously with us.

They were shown everything and we discussed openly our direction of travel going forward.

We now await the outcome of the inspection as it goes through the processes to ensure that it is complete and proper. We will post the outcome and the report when it is available as we believe in total transparency.

We will post more information when it is appropriate to do so.

Meanwhile, we are open for business and welcome applications from people serious about joining a person focussed agency which listens and learns from every thing we can.

Post 1

Various hours in day to support a gentleman with Autism and Learning disability in the community. Applicants should have experience and be a driver with full business cover.

Experience is desirable and checkable references are a must before any work will be allocated to successful applicants.

Post 2

Experienced Night workers are required to join a small team of individuals supporting a young man with CPAP and continence issues.

For both roles a full enhanced DBS check is mandatory which we can arrange for £52 through our DBS account

As with post 1 checkable references are required before any work with clients can be offered.

Working in the clients home and out in the community the successful applicants will have a full driving licence and business Insurance as well as an enhanced DBS Check.

If you have not got a recent DBS we can arrange this for you for a cost of £52 and we would encourage you to make use of the DBS Update service.

We will also require three checkable references

We have various hours on offer including the opportunity to join our overnight team.

Experienced Care Support Workers required for immediate start.

Must have valid DBS, be a driver with access to a vehicle that is business insured and able to work shifts over a 24 hour day. Experience with challenging behaviour and autism and severe learning disability is desirable..

Must be willing to work as a team member and be able to think on your feet. Successful applicants will also be able to demonstrate successful application of Positive Behaviour Support and encourage and enable their clients they are matched with.

Training will be available as per package requirements and a friendly office support network is available.

If business insurance is not available - successful applications and client matching will occur once obtained . All offers of employment will be subject to rigorous reference and DBS checking.
