Are you a caring, reliable and experienced Support Worker passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives?

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team supporting individuals with learning disabilities across LE17 and DE73.

💙 What You’ll Be Doing
Providing person-centred care and support
Supporting daily living activities and personal development
Promoting independence, choice and dignity
Supporting individuals to access the community and participate in activities
Building positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues
Following individual care and support plans
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
Creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year’s experience working with people with learning disabilities
Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role
Ability to travel to LE17 and/or DE73
Caring, patient and positive attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and committed approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends where required
