🔑 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an Onsite Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our workforce and client onsite, including:

✅ Checking staff attendance and ensuring everyone is onsite and ready for shift
👋 Managing arrivals, absences and daily staffing requirements
📊 Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
📈 Supporting performance management and addressing performance issues
🤝 Building strong relationships with employees and the client
📋 Managing day-to-day onsite queries and operational requirements
🎯 Helping to ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met
