First up is one of our managing directors Dan!

Dan founded Teamwork Partnership in 2020 and is the man to go to when anyone needs help. Dan has over 28 years recruitment experience starting at the bottom and working his way up through the various recruitment roles until finally becoming a director in 2014 for his previous employer.

Dan is driven to offer high service low cost solutions, not being afraid to be different and try out the box ideas within his recruitment strategies. Seeing the business grow from a laptop and a desk in 2017 to in 2025 hitting 6.1M in turnover, supplying some of the UK’s best known brands with both temporary and permanent solutions.

Happy Bank Holiday Monday! ☀️

What a nice change for the sun to finally be out over a bank holiday and not rain like usual. We hope everyone has had a safe and enjoyable weekend whatever you have been doing.

Bank holidays are always super busy for us here at Teamwork Partnership. We have sites working hard and packing fruit and burger buns to make sure supply is met 🎯 👏🏻 .

Known for her strong relationships and deep industry knowledge, Natalie plays a key role in how we connect, support and deliver for our clients. Today marks the start of an exciting new chapter for her.

Teamwork Partnership is proud to support Leicester St Andrews FC as they take the next step in developing their ground and strengthening the future of the club.

This is a community club with real momentum. On the pitch they are pushing for a playoff place. Off the pitch they are investing in facilities that will serve players, supporters and the wider community for years to come.

Leicester St Andrews is a CAS registered club built on community support. This next phase is about bringing people and businesses into that journey.

Today was our Secret Santa day 🎁

A small moment in the calendar, but a lovely reminder of the power of simple gestures.

It’s easy to get caught up in deadlines, targets, and to-do lists at this time of year. Taking a moment to laugh, surprise each other, and show a bit of thoughtfulness really does matter.
