Our Office Administration team works swiftly to ensure that our auctions run seamlessly, payments are processed promptly, and reports are updated accurately, perfectly displaying our proficiencies in offering a quick, efficient & professional all-in-one service to our clients.
As an Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:
• Collating information about equipment due to be displayed on our auction selling platform, from various sources internally
• Writing compelling content about products and equipment to help maximise auction bidding activity
• Managing the auction upload process, ensuring information is consistent and accurate
• Answering the telephone, and supporting with queries from internal and external customers
• Providing administrative & customer service support to the wider administration team
• Promoting teamwork and collaboration
You will have/be:
• Exceptional customer service skills in both email and over the phone
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Polite and approachable
• A professional attitude
• Punctual and reliable
• Flexible towards work
