Hours: 36-48 (3-4 shifts per week)

Shift pattern: 8am- 8pm

Duration: Permanent

The Company

Mode is a leading Print Solutions provider based near Ware, Hertfordshire. Mode serves the London area and due to significant expansion, we are now looking to recruit new trainee sales executives to embark on our industry leading training programme within The Mode Academy.

Within the Mode Academy, you will be developed as an individual and given one-to-one, personalised tuition and guidance. You will be coached to follow the Mode process of selling in the B2B world of field sales.

During your time in the Academy, you will be expected to achieve and exceed challenging targets which include lead creation and completing development modules on a range of products, suppliers and software solutions.

Key requirements

* Previous experience is not essential. All accepted candidates will be extremely determined, self-motivated, tenacious and eager to learn and develop their skill set.
* Strong persuasion skills with a confident personality

Unit Manager

Salary: £18PH

The Unit Manager should be a registered nurse with a live NMC pin. They should be committed to the delivery of care of our service users; have a person centred focus; knowledge and experience of the regulatory standards; the ability to use initiative; excellent communication skills; and be committed to quality assurance.

The Unit Manager will be heading up a unit with 30 residents and be able to support their staff team in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care whilst ensuring the service is well-led.

Role and responsibilities of the Unit Manager

* Auditing and monitoring of the unit whilst following robust systems and processes.
* Line manage a team of staff
* Have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators.
* Take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards
* Ensure the people who use the services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
