When Marmion was founded, we were determined that both hiring businesses and candidates would experience the type of service we would want from a professional Recruitment Consultant. We never compromise and have invested in our business and people to ensure that when you talk to a colleague, you are in safe hands. Retention is our primary focus and our approach to recruitment is quite simple:

e always act in the best interest of a hiring business and our candidates.
• We will never send speculative CVs.
• We will never send the details of a candidate to a hiring business unless we have their agreement.
• All jobs advertised are client specific, so when we receive interest from candidates they belong to that client and will only be considered for the role they‘ve applied for.
• We are confident about our reasons for facilitating a meeting between a hiring business and candidate, because we do the research and gather enough evidence to ensure that there is a good match in terms of what both parties need from each other, and because we make the effort our candidates are highly engaged and turn up for their interviews!
• We can profile candidates using a credible profiling tool. We know more about our candidates than most recruiters!
• We will never jeopardise our relationship with a hiring business or candidate by taking shortcuts resulting in wasted time.
• If we believe it's in the best interest of our candidates to remain with their current employers, we will advise them to do so. Marmion has a proven track record which is trusted by clients and candidates alike, resulting in our hiring businesses retaining 96.1% of candidates since 2017 [published December 2022]. Hence the reason why we are rated at 5* by both hiring businesses and candidates on Google & Trustpilot.
