It’s our birthday 🎉

In 2008 Sarah Pawson set up Fruition IT with the aim of becoming the go to IT and Tech recruiter in Leeds.

14 years on and we are proud to work with some of the leading businesses not just in Yorkshire but across the UK.

Over 14 years we have:

⭐️ Grown from zero to £20 million turnover in 2021.
⭐️ Helped over 3500 candidates secure new tech roles.
⭐️ Grown to a team of 31 Fruitioner’s today with more to come.
⭐️ Work with some brilliant brands helping them grow amazing tech teams.
⭐️ Clients still with us today who were working with us on day 1
⭐️ Launched Fruition Consulting and been able to fund investment into that business.

Happy International Women's Day 2022!

We are very proud to work in an office with so many amazing women who inspire us! From our incredible Founder and CEO, Sarah Pawson, to having 4 female managers, and our 50/50 gender split across the office.

To celebrate today all the Fruition IT women received a gift on their desks from Sarah which included a handwritten postcard and inspirational books.

Last week we celebrated FOUR promotions within our delivery team!

Massive congratulations to Liam, Matt, Meg and Abby.

Liam has been promoted to Delivery Lead, Liam joined Fruition 2 years ago and in this time he has successfully built out his specialist .Net market where he has become a true expert in his field.

Matt has also been promoted to Delivery Lead, having joined Fruition over 4 years ago as a Junior, Matt is an amazing example of how hard work and dedication will propel your career.

Meg has been promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant, having only joined 6 months ago Meg shows great enthusiasm to recruitment and her specialist Testing market.

Abby has also been promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant, having only worked in recruitment for 6 months Abby has made an incredible start to her career. Abby takes the time to build strong relationships with her candidates and sets herself apart from other recruiters with her personal approach.
