Driving change for every driver. 🚛

The modern HGV cab is full of advanced tech, but the most important part of the vehicle is still the person behind the wheel. To ensure we are supporting our drivers completely, the Turbo team recently joined Onvero for an eye-opening session on Disability Inclusion.

One important message reinforced was that a formal medical diagnosis isn't required before support can be provided. Under the Equality Act, Reasonable Adjustments can and should be considered early to remove barriers for both visible and non-visible disabilities, wherever possible.

By steering towards clearer definitions, inclusive language, and transparent environments, we're making sure the logistics sector keeps moving forward, inclusively.

🏭 On-site work only – no road driving required
