We've recently noticed that there is a lot of people missing jobs out on their CVs.

Even if the job was only for a couple of days or something you might think is irrelevant keep it included.

A full cv looks better than one with loads of gaps 😁 🤩

⁉️We’re looking for an AC engineer for a full-time role based out of Hull‼️
38 hours a week, anything over is at time and a half.
Overtime paid at 1.5x (Saturday) and double time (Sunday).
Paid door to door.
Company van (fully expensed).
£22.00 PAYE plus company pension scheme.
£35/night food allowance when working away.
You’ll need a blue skills card and be happy to work out of town when required.

*National minimum wage increase*

When we first opened Blueprint Recruit in 2023, we were charging labourers out at £16p/h to our clients.

Now in 2026, with National Minimum Wage increases. From April, we will now be charging £18.85p/h, which is almost a £3 increase.

Is this commercially viable and how does this honestly stack up for contractors?
