Mentorship / Supervision / Assistance with OSCE
The Home Manager will ultimately offer mentorship and supervision. This will extend to training and preparation for the OSCE exam.

During this period the candidates will receive remuneration of £8.50 per hour, approximately £17,200 gross per annum = approximately £1200 net per month.

Once the candidates pass OSCE and complete the NMC registration they will be automatically moved into a nursing role and paid £12.07 per hour, approximately £24,500 gross per annum = approximately £1650 net per month.

You minimum standard working hours will be 39 hours per week (rotation).

The ideal candidate will have:
- Caring and compassionate nature and be 100% patient focused.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree (minimum 3 years in length).
- Current level of academic IELTS not less than 6.5 in all sections- upon successfully passing the interview you will be required to pass academic IELTS at 7.0 in all sections to comply with the entry requirements of the British Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Confidence to take charge and lead the team.
- Ability to plan and deliver the highest quality care to patients.
- Understanding of the NMC policies and guidelines.

PIN (approximately £1,400 net per month) rising to £14 - £15 per hour on receipt of NMC PIN (from £2,000 net per month)
- Permanent, full time positions, normally 44 – 48 hours per week + available overtime
- Support in preparation for Nursing and Midwifery Council tests of competence CBT and OSCE

The ideal candidate will have:
- Caring and compassionate nature and be 100% patient focused
- Bachelor of Nursing degree (minimum 3 years in length)
- Current level of academic IELTS not less than 6.5 in all sections
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in working with elderly patients and adults with disabilities
- Confidence to take charge and lead the team
- Ability to plan and deliver the highest quality care to patients
- Understanding of the NMC policies and guidelines

Welcome to Runwood Homes. We specialise in high quality care for older people, including those living with dementia and who require general nursing. Runwood Homes comprise of 67 residential care homes across England and Northern Ireland.

We care for around 4000 residents in the Runwood Homes group, and our employee team is of an even larger number. With 75%-80% of our residents living with a level of dementia, Runwood has a special Dementia Care Services Team, made up of experienced experts in dementia care, who continually monitor our homes to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

The Client offers:
- Free IELTS training course
- All NMC sponsored and paid for in advance.
- Free inbound flight to UK (maximum value of £550).
- Visa and Immigration Healthcare Surcharge paid in advance, with 50% of the total fee being reclaimed from salary over a number of months – to be agreed with the employer.
- Airport welcome and transfer to the destination.
- Free accommodation until receiving the first salary and assistance in securing permanent accommodation locally.
- Deposit for permanent accommodation.

Rates of Pay:
Upon successfully passing IELTS and CBT the candidates will be issued a Tier 2 work related Visa and arrive in the UK to work in the capacity of pre-registered nurses pending training and preparation for OSCE exam. During this period the candidates will receive remuneration of £10.00 per hour, working between 36 and 40 hours per week (+ paid overtime) = approximately £1,300 net per month.

Once the candidates pass OSCE and complete the NMC registration they will be automatically moved to a position of a Registered Nurse and receive the following renumeration:

Homes in Northern Ireland - £17 per hour = approximately £31,800 gross per annum = approximately £2,000 net per month (+ paid overtime).

Homes in Birmingham, England - between £15 and £16 per hour - minimum of £28,000 gross per annum = approximately £1,800 net per month (+ paid overtime).
