Another successful day in Leeds.

A lovely gentleman we assist has stuggled with his mental health and unfortunately hasn’t been able to keep on top of his domestic duties.

Our fantastic carer Lyn has been working with this gentleman for a long time and supported him with personal battles but this is now our focus to help get his house clean and safe to hopefully give him a home to enjoy.

We helped him book professional cleaners for next week but today Lyn and Wendy from the office made an excellent start to show him what it can be like and to put his mind at rest about the big clean. Just goes to show care work is much more than just personal care it’s about support to help a persons health, home and mental wellbeing ❤️

Jenny received her nomination for having outstanding statistics on our performance monitoring that looks at all aspects of care delivery including punctuality, contact time, safe delivery and full and accurate documentation. Apart from statistics Jenny always goes above and beyond for all her service users (including saving one gentleman’s life) her selfless dedication never goes unnoticed by all and we are incredibly proud to have her on our team here at Meridian Leeds ❤️

We are looking for a domiciliary care coordinator to assist our lead coordinator, we need someone with previous experience coordinating or managing a large staff team and are ready to hit the ground running.

The ad states based in LS16 but the office is based LS9 just on York Road.

🌟 Big news & fresh beginnings! 🌟

As many of you know, Esteem Care was taken over last year by Meridian Health and Social Care. We have been working hard behind scenes since to merge both our Leeds branch’s. The team now all in the York Road office are what were the long standing Esteem office team with a couple of new additions. Stephanie Tebby (formally Turnbull) has moved over from just Esteem’s Registered Manager and is now CQC registered Manager for Meridian Health and Social Care Leeds.

It’s been a big job we won’t lie, the team rolled up their sleeves, took charge, and worked hard to get everything on track. It wasn’t always easy, but we’re nearly there, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our amazing care staff and wonderful clients.

Your feedback, patience, and encouragement have meant the world to us, and as you all know we appreciate each and everyone of you💙

From here on, we’re looking forward to a fresh start together as Meridian Leeds health and social care. The hard works been done and the only way is up! 🚀
