Over the last 12 months, the group has continued scaling across the UK and internationally - strengthening leadership, expanding infrastructure and building real momentum across our portfolio businesses.

- 27% revenue growth year-on-year
- 500+ placements delivered across the group
- Projected £12m turnover this financial year
- International expansion across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East

Strong momentum continues at KERV Legal.

As a brand new business, the team has already made an impressive start to the year with plenty of placements completed so far, alongside a healthy pipeline of interviews taking place in the coming weeks.

There are also exciting signs of continued growth internally, with the business welcoming its first new hire next month.

Alongside delivery, strong foundations are being built commercially too - with several new clients already signed to terms of business, creating a strong platform for future growth.

The team is also working closely with marketing on candidate generation initiatives to continue building momentum in the market.

The KERV Awards were a great reminder of the role the Ops team plays across the group.

Bringing the wider businesses together to celebrate the year was important; it was also great to have the Ops team in one place and recognise the contribution they make across KERV day to day.

Across finance, marketing, HR, compliance, technology, and operational delivery, the Ops team provides the structure and support that allows founders and businesses to scale with confidence. Their impact is felt across every part of KERV, often behind the scenes, but always playing a key role in the day-to-day success of the group.

This month marks 10 years of James Tompkinson within the KERV Group.

A milestone that reflects loyalty, consistency and a decade of building strong relationships across the market.

Over the past 10 years, James has played an important role in supporting clients, candidates and the continued growth of the business through his experience and commitment to delivering the right outcomes.

Fittingly, this milestone also comes during a record quarter for the number of people he has been able to support - a great example of experience continuing to drive performance.

Today marks an important milestone for KERV Capital as we officially announce the appointment of Barry Simpson as Group CEO.

Barry brings more than 35 years of recruitment industry experience to the group, including helping scale a staffing business through to a successful FTSE listing and £200m+ market valuation.

The appointment follows a record year of growth across KERV Capital, with the group increasing revenue by 27%, delivering more than 500 placements across the business and continuing its trajectory towards a projected £12m turnover this financial year.

Alongside Barry’s appointment, Stuart Brown will transition into the role of Group Managing Director, continuing to focus on the long-term strategic development of the group, alongside leadership capability, culture and brand growth across our portfolio businesses.

Over the past 18 months, KERV Capital has continued strengthening its operational infrastructure, commercial alignment and long-term growth strategy across the group, with continued expansion across specialist markets including technology, infrastructure, life sciences, legal, finance, industrial and executive search.

As we continue building towards our long-term ambition of becoming a £35m business within the next three years, we are incredibly excited about what this next phase looks like for the group, our businesses and our people.

This evening, we come together for the inaugural KERV Awards.

An opportunity to recognise the people, performances and progress that have helped shape a strong financial year across the group.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve seen growth across multiple businesses, standout individual achievements, teams raising standards, and a collective drive to continue building something bigger.

Tonight is about taking the time to celebrate that properly.

To recognise the effort behind the results, to celebrate peers and colleagues and to reflect on how far the group has come.

With 9 award categories to be announced, and speeches from the fantastic Stuart Brown, Kevin Fasting and Barry Simpson, it promises to be a great evening at Elland Road with people from across the KERV group.

A major milestone for the KERV group.

We’re pleased to share that our international expansion has officially begun, with Haydon Healy hiring its first US-based team member.

This marks an important next step in the growth of the group and reflects the increasing demand for our specialist services beyond the UK market.

Haydon Healy’s move into the US is the first of a wider plan, with ambitions to expand across multiple KERV businesses throughout the year.

International growth is never just about geography. It is about backing strong brands, building the right teams, and creating new opportunities for clients, candidates and our people.

The foundations have been laid, and this is only the beginning.

Exciting times ahead for the KERV group.
