Just over a year ago, Aaron Adams launched Nexia in partnership with KERV Capital.

Since then, he has increased his personal billings, built out his team, established industry-leading standards and become one of the standout performers across the group.

This summer, he'll also be speaking at an industry summit in Utah, sharing his expertise with leaders from across the life sciences market.

When we asked what excites him most about the next phase of growth, his answer was simple:

"There is no limit to the success we can achieve."

That mindset is a big part of what has made Aaron's journey so impressive.

Five years ago, Peter joined the KERV group.

Today, he's a Director and owner of CRP Group.

It's a great example of what can happen when ambition meets opportunity.

Over the last five years, Peter has played a key role in helping build CRP into the business it is today, whilst progressing to business owner along the way.

Over the last 12 months, the group has continued scaling across the UK and internationally - strengthening leadership, expanding infrastructure and building real momentum across our portfolio businesses.

- 27% revenue growth year-on-year
- 500+ placements delivered across the group

Strong momentum continues at KERV Legal.

As a brand new business, the team has already made an impressive start to the year with plenty of placements completed so far, alongside a healthy pipeline of interviews taking place in the coming weeks.

There are also exciting signs of continued growth internally, with the business welcoming its first new hire next month.

Alongside delivery, strong foundations are being built commercially too - with several new clients already signed to terms of business, creating a strong platform for future growth.

The team is also working closely with marketing on candidate generation initiatives to continue building momentum in the market.

Bringing the wider businesses together to celebrate the year was important; it was also great to have the Ops team in one place and recognise the contribution they make across KERV day to day.

Across finance, marketing, HR, compliance, technology, and operational delivery, the Ops team provides the structure and support that allows founders and businesses to scale with confidence. Their impact is felt across every part of KERV, often behind the scenes, but always playing a key role in the day-to-day success of the group.
