Focas Personnel are recruiting for a Registered Residential Manager in the Manchester area.
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our fairly new Social Care providers who have recently opened a number of services which specialise in EBD for young people aged between 11 - 17 years.
We are looking for an experienced manager with an excellent knowledge base and great people skills to lead the team forward, for this particular role it is imperative you have recent Ofsted inspection experience.
The role is to oversee a 5-bed residential home, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running, the staff team and ensuring that the needs of the young people are always met. You will be responsible for the effective development and delivery of high-quality residential services to children, young people and their families which improve outcomes. As Registered Manager, you will deliver services which are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements particularly The Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week - you will be expected to be flexible with your working hours to accommodate the needs of the home. The salary for this role is £30,000 - £33,000/annum.
