Huge shout out to our Senior Chef Consultant, Dominic Elmer, who will be taking on an ultramarathon in just a couple of weeks 🤯!

He's running to raise money for Stratford upon Avon Foodbank, a charity we were proud to partner with over Christmas, so it’s brilliant to see Dom continuing to support such an important local organisation.

Dom's been putting in some serious miles, training incredibly hard, and even made it into the Stratford Herald this week!

If you’re able to support, any sponsorship, big or small, would be hugely appreciated. Every contribution makes a real difference and goes directly towards helping those in need within the local community.

Spreading a bit of festive cheer 🎄

This Christmas, Ben, Alex, Kuba and their families are rolling up their sleeves (and probably eating a mince pie or two along the way) to support Bath, Keynsham & Somer Valley Foodbank. It’s all about helping local families and individuals who might be feeling the festive pressure, and doing what we can to make this time of year a little easier – and a little brighter.

They’ll be stocking up on some of the items the foodbank needs most right now, including tinned ham, chicken and salmon, children’s chocolate selection boxes 🍫, and everyday essentials like tinned vegetables. On top of that, there’ll be some festive favourites too – think gingerbread men, Christmas pudding, and other seasonal treats to help bring a proper bit of Christmas cheer. 🎁✨

It might not involve reindeer or sleigh bells, but we’re hoping it still makes a difference for our local community.

Thanks to everyone getting involved – every tin, treat and chocolate box really does help ❤️

Jo, Jo, Dom and their loved ones out on a very serious shopping mission 🛒🎄

This time it’s all in support of Stratford upon Avon Foodbank , who shared exactly what they needed to help families this Christmas. So off we went, filling trolleys with Christmas biscuits, Christmas cake, chocolates, Christmas pudding, selection boxes, mince pies, stollen… and trying very hard not to snack on the way round.

It’s easy to forget how much these little festive bits mean, but they can make a huge difference to someone’s Christmas. A proper treat, something special, something that feels normal and joyful at a time of year that can be tough for a lot of people.

We’re really proud of the team for jumping in, bringing along their loved ones, and quietly getting on with it. No big fuss, just people helping people. That’s Lime Hospitality – community first, always 💚

Thank you and Merry Christmas from Lime Hospitality 🎄. Rather than the usual client gifts 🎁 , we decided to utilise the budget this year to support our local communities. Therefore the money we would have spent on a bottle of wine or box of chocolates will be going to our local foodbanks:

Emma, Chris, Mark, Molly, Clare, Claire and their families will be delivering food to Warwick District Foodbank. They asked specifically for items for their reverse advent calendar, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and tinned meat, fish, and vegetables.

Our Ops Manager, Kuba, was recently invited to the Room to Reward fundraiser at Bristol Harbour Hotel, celebrating the amazing 'Hidden Heroes' who give so much to our region. Incredible dishes from Josh Eggleton, Chris Cleghorn, Dominic Chapman and Daniel Moon. A real treat for a brilliant cause!
