Since then we have:
👩‍💼Employed over 15,000 staff
💰Paid over £26 million in wages
👏 Had 44 team members who have achieved a decade of service
❤️and made countless friends

This is a great milestone. We are lucky to have enjoyed so many successes and had so much fun in the best industry out there. Here’s to the next 15….

We’re really pleased to welcome Suzanne Smith to the Lime team as our new Chef Consultant, covering Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry, Birmingham and the wider Midlands.

Suzanne has a strong background in both hospitality and recruitment. She started out in kitchens, moved into management, and then into recruitment, where over the years she’s built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to a wide range of catering and hospitality clients across the Midlands, consistently delivering results and adding real value.

What really stands out is her understanding of the industry and how much she cares about getting the right people into the right kitchens.

Since joining, she’s hit the ground running. She’s out meeting clients daily, building new relationships and reconnecting with existing ones, picking up exciting perm roles and growing temp bookings. Safe to say, she’s not hanging about! Lime chefs are busy!

Huge shout out to our Senior Chef Consultant, Dominic Elmer, who will be taking on an ultramarathon in just a couple of weeks 🤯!

He's running to raise money for Stratford upon Avon Foodbank, a charity we were proud to partner with over Christmas, so it’s brilliant to see Dom continuing to support such an important local organisation.

Dom's been putting in some serious miles, training incredibly hard, and even made it into the Stratford Herald this week!
