Today marks 23 years of Fuel Recruitment connecting talent with opportunities in the Telecoms and IT sectors. This journey has been built on strong long-term relationships, trust, and a genuine passion for our work. Despite many changes in our sector and the technology we support, we are proud to continue thriving and collaborating with a fantastic group of long-term Clients and Candidates.

A huge thank you to everyone, and to our team, past and present, who have supported Fuel along the way - we couldn’t have done it without you.

In January 2026, Fuel Recruitment became an employee-owned business, representing an exciting new chapter for us. This change puts our people at the heart of our future and strengthens our commitment to long-term success. Here’s to many more years of growth and success.

Fuel shares our founding anniversary of June 16th with esteemed companies like Ford (1903), IBM (1911), and Oracle (1977). We have a way to go to catch up, but Happy Anniversary to them and anyone else celebrating today!

𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 🏃‍♀️

Our very own Anya Brown is currently training for the London Marathon and raising funds for Epilepsy Action in memory of her Aunty Katie, who lived with severe epilepsy from the age of seven until she sadly passed away in 2018.

Epilepsy is a serious neurological condition that can affect anyone, at any age. In the UK alone around 630,000 people - roughly 1 in 100 - are living with it. Epilepsy Action are dedicated to improving the lives of everyone affected through vital support services, continuous research, and so much more.

We’re incredibly proud of Anya’s dedication, and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way! She’s already nearly halfway to her fundraising target - if you’re able to support, any donation or share would mean so much 💜

Just as we were heading out of the office this Christmas Eve Eve, we caught Freddie sneaking one last bit of mischief in … he has made himself quite at home, all tucked up in the Christmas tree with his Sleeping Bag and in his PJs!🎄

Looks like he’s recharging before a very big journey home to help the big man himself 🎅

It’s Christmas week, and Freddie made sure we got into the festive spirit by kicking things off at our Christmas Party! ✨

He started things with a competition - who could get the best photo with Freddie?
A huge congratulations to Efthymios and Murray, whose wholesome and festive shot took the crown (also the most LinkedIn-appropriate! 😉).

The celebrations continued with Secret Santa (again Freddie played Mark’s assistant!), dinner, games, and plenty of festive cheer. 🎉

And while the party may be over, we’re back in the office until Christmas Eve, so don’t hesitate to give us a call - just pretend you can’t hear the Christmas music playing in the background! 🎶🎅
