Tryst Gymnastics Club We aim to provide a safe and fun environment to learn gymnastic skills. For more information contact Paulette at [email protected].

We are a recreational club for children from P1 - S3. Our coaches are fully qualified and our club is affiliated to the Scottish Gymnastics Association. We have adopted the SGA Child Protection, Safe Recruitment and Equity Policies as well as the British Gymnastics Health, Safety and Welfare Policy. We are currently accepting new members - contact Paulette Kidd on [email protected] for further details. Our class times are as follows:

Saturday 9am and 10am.

We are super proud of our 8 gymnasts who competed in the Floor & Vault competition yesterday in Kirkcaldy. ⭐
While there were no podium finishes this time, the effort, determination and confidence they showed out on the floor was fantastic. Every routine performed and every vault landed is another step forward. Keep working hard – we’re proud of you all! 💜🤸‍♀️👏🏼🫶🏻

Tonight our Squad girls said a fond farewell to the Shields they won at the Kirkcaldy Floor & Vault competition last year. They will be returned safely to the team at Kirkcaldy to be won by new champions this Saturday.
Last years winning Over 12 Team 🏆consisted of Nadia, Bella, Hermione, Cristina & Charlotte. With Helena & Cristina crowned the under 12 🏆& over 12 🏆Champions respectively.

It was a late start at 6pm for our 14+ Intermediates who competed in the final round of competition today at Cumbernauld.

Once again our gymnasts performed beautiful gymnastics in a tough category where all the gymnasts were outstanding. 🤸🏼‍♀️🫶🏻🤩💜

The success continues with Helena competing in Age 12 Intermediate. This was her first time vaulting over the vaulting table at competition and she flew! She achieved 3 x🥈for Overall, vault & floor! Amazing work Helena, we are super proud of the maturity she displays in the gym & at today’s competition. 🫶🏻 👏🏼💜

Huge congratulations to Charlotte who had a very early start at Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club’s Spring Floor & Vault competition this morning.
She swept the board taking home the Gold 🏆 Overall, 🥇 Vault & 🥇 Floor in 14+ Beginner category. What a great achievement! We are all super proud of you! 👏🏼🫶🏻🤸🏼‍♀️
