The Training Administrator is an office-based role which provides support to the business and includes:
Processing applications from clients

Full training will be given however this role will suit someone who can demonstrate support across a business, is a good team player, is organised and has attention to detail.

Customer Service Admin - Remote 4 days a week 1 day in office

⭐️⭐️My exclusive client based in the Lancaster area, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their highly successful team on a full time and permanent basis. ⭐️⭐️

In return, the successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working pattern, bonus payments alongside the salary, industry leading training and development, a Monday to Friday working week, and a fun and friendly team to work alongside.

The role offers a salary of circa £18,700 + the scope of achieving around £160per month bonus, making the total achievable for the year circa £20,600 per annum.

This Administration position is instrumental in the smooth running of the business and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing world class customer service to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidates roles and responsibilities will include the following:
⭐️ Responsible for ensuring the correct resolution to any queries for the customer and the business
⭐️ Uploading new contracts and documentation onto the system
⭐️ Providing a consistent level of high detail processing for the sales team
⭐️ Amending and terminating contracts, and inputting one off instructions for clients
⭐️ Working to strict SLA's, ensuring tasks are completed within this period of time to ensure minimal disruption to customers
⭐️ Data input, ensuring accuracy at all times
⭐️ Providing the highest levels of customer service
⭐️ Speaking with customers and resolving any queries
⭐️ To ensure all requests are answered in a timely manner
The Successful Candidate will:
