Last night a group of us went to Blackburn to watch the Blackburn Hawks and our very own star hockey player Jacob play the Nottingham Lions. The Hawks are currently 2nd in the NIHL and they secured a great 7 - 1 win, with Jacob scoring a goal and 3 assists. Jacob works in our Finance team and its always great to support colleagues outside of work. It was also nice to meet colleagues' families who joined us for the evening.

Well done to Jacob and the Hawks!

Our Lancaster office is not far from the Lake District so when a colleague came over from Germany we thought it would be great to take them for a walk - we did the coffin route from Ambleside to Grasmere. We stopped in Grasmere for coffee and cake and then back to Ambleside for lunch.

We are looking for somebody to join our Product Stewardship team as either an Associate Consultant or Regulatory Consultant. The succesfull candidate will undertake client-driven activites in one or more areas of the Yordas Product Stewardship area including:

- Monitoring and researching of global chemicals regulations
- Providing general consultancy
- Preparation and submission of dossiers to the EU SCIP database
- Maintaining chemical databases including for our software Yordas Hive
- Scripting regulatory summaries and impact assessments
- Supporting the delivery of client projects
