‘I think the advice that was given to me about honing my presentation techniques was extremely useful; especially how to structure a presentation, choose the correct wording and how to come across in a calm and confident manner. I also believe that undertaking a life-like interview with James was good practice for the real thing and it showed me how I can change what were possibly negative work/study experiences in the past into learning experiences, expressed in a more positive light in front of an interviewer. Advice that I have received in group presentations at career fairs or at university have been helpful but are not personally tailored to you, unlike at grad2hire.'

85 Graduates at Edge Hill University will benefit from a new Employability coaching program to be piloted in Feb and March 2013. The coaching will cover interview skills training and helping them stand out in the hiring process.
