Bristol is growing, and so is our client! Due to a major new commercial contract win, we are looking for a number of Electrically Biased Mobile Maintenance Engineers to join an established, high-performing team.

If you’re a fully qualified sparky who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and wants a package that includes Healthcare and Personal Van Use, we want to hear from you.

🛠️ The Role
Reactive Focus: Managing emergency breakdowns and reactive electrical tasks across a diverse commercial portfolio.
Compliance: Carrying out testing, inspection, and ensuring all H&S documentation is spot on.
Leadership: Overseeing sub-contractors and ensuring high standards on-site.
Variety: Assisting other engineers and working across various high-profile properties in Bristol.

✅ What You Need
Qualifications: Fully qualified Electrician (17th or 18th Edition).

Experience: Proven track record in commercial environments.

Bonus: Testing & Inspection (2391/2) and HVAC knowledge are highly advantageous!

Essentials: Excellent communication skills and a full UK Driving Licence.

Experience: Previous industrial cleaning experience is essential.
License: Full UK Driving Licence (required for the van).

Collaboration: Scoping jobs and providing material lists for the estimating team, plus teaming up on larger projects.

Trade Experience: Proven track record in roofing, specifically flat roof systems (liquid, rubber, fibreglass).

We are recruiting an experienced Hard Services Account Manager to oversee a premium portfolio of 7 managed office and retail properties across Bristol and Bath.

💰 The Remuneration
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)

📋 Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Drive contract cost/revenue expectations and oversee accurate invoicing.
Team Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of static and mobile engineers.
Client Relations: Act as primary stakeholder contact and lead regular contract reviews.
Compliance & Operations: Implement best-practice H&S policies and monitor service delivery.
