How It all began for us & what makes us different.
This film gave me that Ah Ha moment when I saw 1st time.

In the film, a "toe rag" from the East End of London is put through a series of trials & tests with a group of 10 in total. Eventually, he wins through to be the only one still in there.

All the others have fallen away through the process and he become a James Bond & hero type of character.

👍This is exactly what we do with the applicants in our process.

We put them through a series of questionnaires & tests.
In the process, many drop out so, we're only left with a select few who have proved they will do what it takes, have a great attitude, and they really do want the job.
