Neonatal Care Leave Law Coming in April 2025๐Ÿšจ

The Government has officially announced that the Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act will come into force on 6 April 2025. This means eligible employees will have a statutory right to paid neonatal care leave, giving parents much-needed support when their baby requires hospital care.

Many businesses already offer some form of neonatal leave, but now is the time to review your policies and ensure they meet the new legal requirements. If your business doesnโ€™t currently have a neonatal care leave policy, itโ€™s essential to prepare for these changes before the deadline.
