We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team

As a Spa Therapist, you are the essence of every experience we offer in our hotel spa, providing first-class treatments for all clients.
From the moment the client arrives you will provide a warm, friendly welcome ensuring they receive a high-level service during their visit, leaving a memorable experience for all.
What will I do?
Carry out all treatments which could include full body massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing
Advise and consult clients on what treatments would be best suitable for them
Assist in the cleaning of the treatment rooms, spa reception and relaxation rooms in between clients
Actively upselling of spa retail products and manage bookings efficiently
Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all time
Is this the role for me?
Spa NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent is essential
Previous experience within a hotel spa/beauty salon would be a distinct advantage however not essential
Elemis product knowledge is preferable, however other spa product knowledge would also be considered.
Passionate to provide exceptional service
Can demonstrate a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
Able to work on own initiative as well as working within a team.
Due to the nature of the role and the industry, flexibility is required to working hours as weekend and evening work will be required
