We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide person-centred care to our clients across Cornwallis Care Services Ltd residential and nursing homes. You could be supporting people with learning difficulties, complex health care needs, living with dementia or mental health but mostly providing care and support for older people.
Joining Cornwallis Xtra, our in house Agency offers greater flexibility allowing you to be in control of your own work pattern. Requirements:
Care Certificate and previous care experience.
Kind, caring and compassionate in nature
Highly motivated and driven to achieve high standard
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in a diverse and changing environment
Ability to communicate and interact well with residents and others
Right to work within the UK
Holds a full UK driving licence or able to arrange own transport.
Pay Rates: Days
£12.00 per hour
£15.00 per hour on Weekends
£24.00 per hour on Bank holidays
Pay Rates: Nights
£13.00 per hour
£16.25 per hour on Weekends
£26.00 per hour on Bank Holidays
