Ted – Senior Sales Rep (Retired)
Senior Sales Rep (Retired) Ted popped into the office today.
After a distinguished career in client relations, territory management and leading several unplanned landscape engineering projects, Ted retired to the countryside but felt it was time to check that standards hadn’t slipped.
He cast a watchful eye over the sales team, inspected the snack situation and shared some valuable industry wisdom from the days before mobile phones and CRM systems.
Ted also expressed concern that the team appears to rely heavily on computers these days, insisting that in his day all you needed was a notebook, a telephone and a firm handshake.
Times have changed but good to see that Ted hasn’t!
