Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: London – 3 days onsite
Duration: 7 months
Salary: Market Rate (Inside IR35)

Key responsibilities:
o Experience on Core module (Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Asset Management)
o Lead the technical delivery of a portfolio of complex projects based on the ServiceNow platform
o Define technical solutions (at an architectural and design level of detail)
o Deliver compelling solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform.
o Assist development teams in resolving complex technical issues through all stages of the project lifecycle.
o Continuous growth of knowledge around the ServiceNow platform through certifications, internal/external webinars, case studies, training, community and other resources.
o Ability to establish deep and lasting relationships with stakeholders and team members
o Guide, mentor and train team members
o Create value-adds and accelerators on ServiceNow
o Define and implement differentiators for ServiceNow development and support projects
o Ability to define and implement best practices
o Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages
o Experience in complex ServiceNow integrations API based and Ability to create integration architecture
o Experience with delivering solutions in complex client environments
o Experience of agile and traditional software and project methodologies
o Ability to author clear and comprehensive documentation
o Able to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach
o Experience in creating and modifying custom applications
o Experience in creating templates for foundation data, CMDB etc.
o Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
o Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 3 product suites

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Participate in EUC Field Service transition activities

- Analysis of Service provision and resourcing based on SLA's, Assets, Call Volumes, Site criticality and customer requirements.

- Due Diligence with customer prior to RFP & BAFO submissions.

- Attend Customer agreed locations to collect all customer processes relating to current delivery of Services around EUC & Field Services.

- Create Process Document of current service for the customer and Partner.

- Work closely with our Third Party Partner

- Understanding of Desk side Support duties and process

- Strong understanding of Break-Fix, Service Requests, IMAC, Incident, Problem, Configuration management and processes within ITIL.

- Review of open and assigned tickets as directed by the tower lead

- Assist delivery lead in reviewing and verifying vendor invoices of hardware assets

- Strong understanding and skills in SLA, KPI Management



SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Should have knowledge on Service Desk operation and tools

- Good knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably Service Now)

- Understand Service Desk Ticket concepts in Categorization, Priorities, Work Flows for all different types of calls such as Break-Fix, IMAC, Service Request, Problem, Change Management etc.

- Should have knowledge on MS Office and Teams

- Intermediate level knowledge of SCCM / Desktop Central, Intune, Printer Configuration, Imaging Machines, Triaging Break fix issues

- Taking ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests.

Responsibilities:
• Take incoming calls from alarm engineers, alarm companies and alarm receiving centres.
• Manage incoming emails
• Manage tickets on Salesforce from an incident management perspective, taking through from initial logging to resolution.
• Chase resolving teams for resolutions in a timely manner.
• Line tests on PSTNS, Broadband faults.
• Assist with install of new devices
• Work with alarm company engineers to diagnose and troubleshoot faults
• Arrange for replacement devices to be sent out.
• Managing tickets for CCTV surveillance, same as above.

Required Skills:
• Network and telephony experience (Open Reach/Exchanges/PSTN/ADSL/Ping tests/Dial tone checks – anything telephony networks would be a massive advantage)
• Experience of working in a service desk environment, managing calls/emails/ticket logging
• Good customer service skills.
